1. Information We Do NOT Collect
Because OneTool runs client-side WebAssembly, JavaScript, and HTML5 Canvas engines locally on your machine:
- We do not upload, store, or view the contents of your PDF files, images, or Word documents.
- We do not copy or index text typed in the Google Indic Typing tool.
- We never sell or monetize your personal document data to advertisers or third parties.
2. Information We Collect for User Accounts & Forms
When you create an account to use the NG Forms Platform or save customized forms:
- Google OAuth Authentication: We receive your verified name, email address, and profile picture from Google Single Sign-On to secure your creator dashboard.
- Verified Mobile Number: We collect a 10-digit mobile number for creator identity verification and communication.
- Form Structures & Submissions: Form fields, titles, and respondent submissions you collect are stored securely on our servers to enable CSV downloads and real-time response analytics.
3. Local Storage & Cookies
OneTool uses local browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) exclusively to store your UI preferences (such as Dark/Light mode, List vs. Grid view, and active dashboard tabs). We do not use intrusive cross-site tracking cookies.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
Form creators can delete their forms and collected responses at any time directly from the user dashboard. Once deleted, data is permanently purged from our database records.
